Atlanta Children’s Shelter Identity
As a person, I understand the significance of contributing to society. One of our initiatives involves selecting a non-profit organization and assisting in revamping its logo and overall branding.

Overview
Every morning, 13,000 individuals in our city wake up without a place to call home. Approximately 2,500 of them are children.
My attention is directed towards a local non-profit organization known as Atlanta Children’s Shelter.
Founded in 1986 by the Junior League of Atlanta and situated in the North Avenue Presbyterian Church, the Atlanta Children’s Shelter is dedicated to offering free, high-quality daycare, emotional support, and an educational curriculum for homeless children. Additionally, the organization provides focused social services for their families.
Committed to helping families overcome various issues contributing to homelessness, such as domestic violence and job loss, the Atlanta Children’s Shelter emphasizes the long-term self-sufficiency of families, setting it apart from other homeless shelters in Atlanta. Since its inception in 1986, the Atlanta Children’s Shelter has cared for nearly 8,000 children and provided services for over 5,000 families.
